Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain client, candidate, and operational databases.

• Documentation & Formatting: Prepare, edit, and format official letters, resumes, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office/Google Workspace.
• 
  
• System Monitoring: Maintain office hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• 
  
• File & Backup Management: Organize physical and digital file archives; perform routine data backups to safeguard company records.
• 
  
• Communication Support: Monitor and respond to official emails, manage electronic logs, and handle basic administrative correspondence.
• 
  

Key Requirements & Skills

• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Sc / BCA / Diploma in Computer Applications preferred).
• 
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet research, and fast typing speed (30+ WPM with high accuracy).
• 
  
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• 
  
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong computer skills are welcome to apply).
