Job Description

Continental Chef / CDP – OrsoCafe

  • Prepare Continental and café-style dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
  • Handle starters, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and breakfast items.
  • Follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
  • Manage mise en place, stock, portion control, and wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
  • Experience in a café/restaurant kitchen preferred.
  • Food trial required.
