Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of Continental dishes to a high standard.
  • Plan menus and maintain consistent taste and presentation.
  • Prepare soups, salads, pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, steaks, sauces tea and other Continental dishes.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen ingredients, stock and wastage efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Work independently and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood knowledge of Continental cuisine.
  • Relevant professional cooking experience.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to prepare dishes with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
  • Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
