Job Description

1. Make outbound calls to students and candidates from the provided database to promote skill development programs.

2. Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities while counseling candidates on eligibility and suitability.

3. Follow up with interested candidates and maintain consistent communication to improve enrollment conversion.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in the system.

5. Coordinate with training teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding activities.

6. Support mobilization efforts for skill development programs across assigned areas.

7. Work towards achieving monthly calling and enrollment targets.
