Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client coordination, or customer support.
  • Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industries will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, patient, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
