Job RoleWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer communication and ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation until material delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer communication after the order is received.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Regularly follow up with customers and internal departments.
• Inform customers promptly if there is any delay in delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records.
• Follow up on invoice receipt and material delivery confirmation.
• Support the Sales team by monitoring leads and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper follow-up records using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely communication.
• Required SkillsGood English communication and email drafting skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred.
• Candidate PreferenceMale candidate preferred
• Immediate joiner preferred
