Summary:
As a WebMethods Lead Administrator, you are required to manage, maintain, optimize and upgrade the IBM WebMethods Integration platform. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in WebMethods installation, migration, product upgrades, infrastructure configuration, performance tuning, and platform support. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, database, security, and development teams to ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Defining product architecture and creation of Solution Architecture documents.
Planning, implementation and execution of product upgrade
Install, configure, and administer WebMethods products, including IS, MWS, BPMS, TN, UM, Deployer, Command Central and API Gateway components
Configure Non-Prod and Prod servers including clustering, load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Perform server tuning and optimization to ensure platform scalability.
Manage certificate renewals, encryption standards, user access controls, and audit requirements.
Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebMethods.
- Experience with integration and orchestration of services using WebMethods middleware.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and enterprise service bus concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebMethods.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
