As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive the project forward while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database management and integration techniques related to SAP HANA.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in performance tuning and code optimization for SAP applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
