- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional, Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.
- Experience in designing and implementing trade promotion management solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to work with declarative and programmatic Salesforce development tools to build efficient business processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud-based Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
