Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to support evolving project goals and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize data flows and improve performance of business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence with various data sources and platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
