Job Description
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming customer phone calls, address questions, process orders, and provide product or service information.
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls for sales, contract renewals, customer follow-ups, or satisfaction surveys.
- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Listen actively to customer problems, troubleshoot technical or account issues, and offer helpful solutions.
- Complaint Escalation: Handle frustrated callers with empathy and de-escalate conflicts, or escalate complex complaints to supervisors or specialized teams.
- Data Entry & CRM Logging: Record conversation details, update customer profiles, and log interaction outcomes into internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
- Identity Verification: Follow strict security and privacy protocols to verify customer identity before disclosing account details.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, upgrades, or cross-sells during conversations.
- Performance Metrics Compliance: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and schedule adherence.
