Job Title: Associate Customer Support – Voice

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 2.4L for Fresher/2.8L for 6months+/3L 1 yr.+

Language Proficiency:

·       Mandatory: English & Hindi (90% volume)

·       Preferred: Vernacular languages (Kannada, Tamil,Malayalam) (10% volume)

o  SVAR 48 and Above

Qualifications & Applicant Specifications:

·       Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline

·       Excellent Communication Skills:

o  Well-articulated sentences

o  Strong comprehension, expression, tone & pronunciation

o  Speech clarity, perfect diction, and fluency

·       Verbal: English & Hindi (primary)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills

·       Adhere to login and production hours:

o  Total: 10:00 hrs

o  Production: 9:00 hrs

o  Maintain punctuality and follow break schedules

·       Shift Timings:

o  Male employees: 24/7 rotational shifts

o  Female employees: Rotational day shifts

·       Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates

Skills Required

·       Strong verbal and written communication

·       Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability

Employment Type: Permanent.

·       Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
