Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, requests, or issues.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Hindi and English proficiency; regional language is an advantage.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is preferred.
