CRM Executive

Senior CRM Executive: Kura Homes / Speed Sanarelli

• Department: CRM / Post-Sales
• Location: Speed Sanarelli project site and Head Office, Hyderabad (per weekly roster)
• Experience: 6 months in real-estate CRM, collections or post-sales
• Reports to: CRM Manager, with escalation to Directors
• Compensation: to be confirmed (fixed + incentive)
• Openings: 1-2

Purpose: Handle the customer lifecycle after booking for 756 flat customers: collect dues, issue demand letters, and keep customer files and payment records accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on dues by call, WhatsApp and email, and log every contact in nestBookings.
• Send Demand Letter 1, then Demand Letter 2 on day 31, then a Cancellation Notice, then a Cancellation Deed. Each stage gets 30 days.
• Create receipts and payment records, and reconcile them against the collection sheet and bank statements.
• Handle new customer files end to end: KYC, agreement documents, booking tracker and loan paperwork.
• Coordinate with banks on loan sanction and disbursement, and with registration and possession handover.
• Answer customer queries and support walk-in customers.
• Keep documents and e-records filed and complete.
• Send the weekly receivables estimate and transaction reports on time.

Required skills.

• 3–6 months in CRM, collections or post-sales, preferably in real estate.
• Hands-on with a CRM, and with MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of agreements, registration and bank loans for flats; RERA basics preferred.
• Telugu, Hindi and English, written and spoken.
• Accurate, with good record-keeping.
