We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly and computer-savvy woman to work at our Citizen Services Centre.

📍 Work Location: Bandlaguda Jagir, Kismathpur

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Attend customers visiting the centre

• Understand their requirements and suggest the appropriate service

• Complete online applications and government/citizen service requests

• Scan, upload and print documents

• Handle basic computer operations

• Maintain customer records and application status

• Collect service charges and maintain daily records

• Follow up on pending applications

• Provide good customer support

• Promote our services locally when required

👩 Candidate Requirements

✅ Women candidates only

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Customer-friendly attitude

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Internet

✅ Responsible and trustworthy

✅ Willing to learn new online services

✅ Comfortable working in a shop/service centre from 10 AM to 6 PM

Experience in MeeSeva / CSC / online services / computer centre is an advantage.
