Job Summary

VSparkel Wellness is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Monitor response times and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.
• Support team members and assist with training and process improvements.
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of customer support experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
