Permanent Hiring with 5days Working, Day Shift

JD&Typical duties,Responsibilities:


·       Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with Hindi.

·       Exceptional phone manner.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Log in hours (Total hours 10:30:00 hrs. & Production hours – 9:30:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.

·       Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females

·       Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates

·       Mode of work: Work from Office, Pranava One Building 5thFloor,BesideErramanjil Metro station.
