About the Opportunity
Tech Mahindra is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for its UK Telecom Voice Process in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals with strong English communication skills to build a career in the customer service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK-based telecom customers.
- Assist customers with queries related to billing, mobile plans, network connections, and general telecom services.
- Provide effective solutions and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- C2-level English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
