Job Summary:The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries and

complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive shopping experience in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, offers, and store policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns when required.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims as per company policy.
• Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and feedback reports.
• Follow up on pending customer issues until closure.
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge ( MS Office & Excel ).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Teamwork and positive attitude.



Languages Required: Tamil, Telugu, and English

Qualifications:Any Graduate / Intermediate.

0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or customer support.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Experience : Retail, Apparel, Fashion, Hypermarket, Electronics, or FMCG industry experience.
