Job Description

    Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Company: Vivek Industries (Packaging), Qutbullapur, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad

About the role:

We need a reliable Data Entry Operator to manage daily records, stock, orders and billing data for our packaging business.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data (stock, orders, dispatch, invoices) in Excel
  • Maintain accurate records and daily reports
  • Coordinate with staff, transporters and customers over phone/WhatsApp
  • Handle basic emails and documents

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering)
  • Comfortable with computers, email and WhatsApp
  • Good communication skills
  • Languages: English and Telugu required; Hindi is a bonus
  • experienced only minimum 1 year can apply

Salary: as per talent

Timings: 9:15 am to 6:30 pm (Mon–Sat)

Location: Qutbullapur, Jeedimetla
