Delivery Executive

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of packages/orders to our customers while providing exceptional service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTimely Deliveries: Pick up packages from assigned hubs/stores and deliver them to customers within the designated timeframe.
• Navigation: Efficiently navigate assigned routes using GPS and map applications.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a polite and professional attitude when interacting with customers upon delivery.
• Order Management: Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments securely, process digital payments, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Safety First: Adhere strictly to all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving/riding.
• Requirements & QualificationsValid License & Vehicle: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a reliable vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, or EV).
• Smartphone: Own an Android or iOS smartphone with an active internet connection for order updates and navigation.
• Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and residential areas in [City/Area Name].
• Soft Skills: Punctual, trustworthy, and possessing good communication skills.
• Experience: Prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics services is preferred, but freshers with a strong willingness to work are welcome to apply.
