Purpose of the role: 

  •  The position has been created to enable clear focus on handling a Region for Retail/Micro finance/New product & To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.


 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone Manage the Branch’s in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
  • New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
  • Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the division of 3-4 Areas.
  • Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Region 
  • Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed 
  • Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity in the region for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
  • Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
  • Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results 
  • Handholding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers/Area Managers to achieve desired targets
  • Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection 
  • Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
  • To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
  • Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
  • Responsible for training team members on product & handhold 





Desired Experience:

  • Number of years of experience (15-20 Years )
  • Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
  • Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales& Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
  • Languages (Hindi/English)
  • Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)


Qualifications:

  • Graduation: (Any Stream)
  • Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred)
  • Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above
