Job Description

About SportzGuardSportzGuard is a growing sports infrastructure company specialising in the design, construction and maintenance of sports facilities across India.

We are looking for a young, creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  2. Create engaging reels, short videos and social media content.
  3. Edit project photos and videos for digital marketing.
  4. Design social media posts, banners and promotional creatives using Canva.
  5. Assist in running Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
  6. Support basic SEO and website content updates.
  7. Coordinate with project teams to collect photos and videos from sites.
  8. Track social media performance and prepare simple reports.
  9. Research new digital marketing trends and suggest creative ideas.
  • Required SkillsFresher or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads and SEO.
  • Good written English and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT will be an advantage.
  • Preferred CandidateGraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Interested in social media, content creation and digital marketing.

Salary: Based on skills and experience.

Job Location: Financial District, Hyderabad.

Interested candidates can share their CV along with any sample social media posts, reels or creative work.

  • For a beginner, I recommend keeping the main focus on social media management, Canva designs, reels and video editing. Google Ads and SEO can be learned gradually with guidance.f-motivated and willing to learn.
