Job Description:

Aspire Next Academy is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage SEO, social media, paid ads, and online lead generation for our courses, internships, and training programs.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Handle SEO activities, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality student leads for courses, internships, and masterclasses.
• Create marketing content for social media, blogs, and advertisements.
• Update website content, landing pages, and course details.
• Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, leads, website traffic, and ad spend.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve results.
• Required SkillsSEO and keyword research.
• Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Social Media Marketing.
• Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
• Content Creation and Canva.
• Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic website management and WordPress.
• Google Sheets or Excel.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• EdTech or education marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently.
• Creative, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
