Digital Marketing Manager

Manage the presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.

Plan a monthly content calendar and publish regular posts, videos, stories and updates.

Create content about the company’s testing services, registration process, test centre facilities and candidate support.

Plan and manage digital campaigns to generate enquiries and increase bookings.

Promote AssessEdge’s services to students, educational institutions, training centres and other relevant audiences.

Build connections with colleges, universities, education consultants and potential business partners.

Monitor comments and messages, respond to routine enquiries, and direct candidates to the appropriate support channel.

Track campaign results, social media activity, enquiries and conversions; prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with designers, videographers or agencies when required.

Ensure promotional content follows partner branding and advertising guidelines.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing or social media management.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience creating content with tools such as Canva and editing short-form videos.

Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Ability to plan work independently, meet deadlines and report results.

Experience in education, EdTech, training or assessment services is preferred.
