Digital Medha is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Website Designing, WordPress/Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Creation, and Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and optimize websites using WordPress and/or Shopify.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, keyword research, and link building & AI SEO.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Create content for websites, blogs, social media, advertisements, landing pages, and emails.
• Plan and execute Email Marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
• Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, traffic, rankings, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve better results.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing & Performance Marketing.
• Good content creation and copywriting skills.
• Analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
• Knowledge of Canva, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
