Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 7:30 PM

About the RoleWe are a fast-growing distribution business currently in a scaling phase, and we are looking for an Dispatch Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of Procurement, Inventory and Dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, billed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery personnel and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order movement.
• Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records and ensure system stock is aligned with physical stock.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch and inventory reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the billing/accounts team to ensure invoices and billing are completed correctly before dispatch.
• Use inventory, billing and dispatch software accurately and coordinate with the IT/software team when system issues affect operations.
• Support procurement and inventory planning by providing information on stock levels and upcoming requirements.
• Take ownership of timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to dispatch and warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic understanding of inventory, billing and invoicing.
• Comfortable working with inventory/billing software.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate warehouse/delivery staff.
• Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, FMCG, distribution, wholesale or retail operations is preferred.
• Willingness to take ownership and learn additional responsibilities as the business grows.

Overtime will be paid.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to learn the complete supply-chain and distribution operation, take ownership, and grow along with a rapidly scaling business.
