E-Commerce Executive

Job Description – E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate with experience in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage order processing on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.

- Handle customer claims, returns, and seller support cases.

- Perform product packing and dispatch activities accurately.

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory movement and stock handling.

- Maintain and update stock MIS reports regularly.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock reconciliation.

- Handle operational tasks related to marketplace selling and warehouse management.

Requirements:

- Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

- Knowledge of order processing, claims management, and warehouse operations.

- Basic understanding of inventory management and MIS reporting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
