Role Overview

We are looking for a Electronics Hardware Lab Technician to support the assembly, testing, and installation of our IoT hardware devices. The ideal candidate should have strong soldering skills, hands-on experience with electronic components, and an interest in hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform soldering (through-hole / SMD) and wiring for PCB assemblies.
• Assemble electronic devices, including PCBs, enclosures, connectors, and sensors.
• Conduct hardware testing and quality checks using checklists.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues like connector faults, short circuits, and soldering defects.
• Assist in firmware flashing and device configuration (training will be provided).
• Participate in field installation and servicing when required.
• Maintain accurate testing and assembly documentation.

Required Skills

• Good soldering and manual assembly skills.
• Ability to use basic lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.).
• Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, heat gun, cutters, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing / R&D lab.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Documentation skills (update assembly/testing logs).
• Having ITI/Diploma degree would be preferrable but not mandatory.
