Fashion Designer

We are a growing fashion label looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new collections, selecting fabrics, sketching concepts, and coordinating production from start to finish. (Female candidates preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Create original sketches, technical flats, and mood boards for upcoming seasonal collections.
• Select and source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and color palettes suited to the brand.
• Coordinate with pattern makers, master tailors, and production units to ensure proper fit and garment construction.
• Oversee sampling, sample approvals, and quality control before final production runs.
• Track current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to keep collections relevant.

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and manual technical drawing.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, textiles, and sizing standards.
• Strong eye for color, print placement, and silhouette design.
• Portfolio showcasing completed designs, sketches, or finished garments (required during the interview).
