Job RoleWe are hiring Field Recruiters / Field Sales Executives for our Hyderabad team.

The role involves travelling within assigned areas, sourcing candidates, explaining the job opportunity, conducting initial screening, and supporting candidates through the onboarding process.

• ResponsibilitiesVisit different locations in Hyderabad for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Identify and approach potential candidates through field visits and local networks.
• Explain job details and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Complete initial candidate screening and documentation.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
• Travel within the assigned area as required.
• EligibilityMale candidates only.
• Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
• Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Valid Driving Licence required.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with daily field work and local travel.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
