JOB DESCRIPTION • TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE (OFF-ROLL)

Role Overview

As a Technical Representative, you will be the face of Zuari Cement on the ground. This is a high-

energy, field-intensive sales role where your primary goal is to build strong relationships with key

construction influencers, deliver technical product demonstrations, and drive brand conversion at

the grassroots level.

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with strong grit and hunger to learn are welcome)

Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra

📋KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Ground Hustle & Market Penetration

• Daily Field Visits: Travel extensively within your assigned geography to map out and visit active

construction sites, individual home builders (IHBs), and commercial projects.

• Influencer Engagement: Meet and build solid, trust-based relationships with key market influencers,

including Masons, Contractors, Civil Engineers, and Builders.

Technical Pitching & Brand Conversion

• Product Briefing: Educate contractors and engineers on the technical superiorities of Zuari Cement

(e.g., strength, setting time, durability, and grade-specific advantages).

• Competitor Conversion: Actively identify sites using competitor cement brands, pitch Zuari's value

proposition, and convince them to switch.

• On-Site Demos: Conduct simple, practical on-site product demonstrations to showcase cement

quality and mix properties to masons.

Reporting & Target Achievement

• Volume Targets: Deliver on monthly and quarterly volume targets and brand conversion goals for

your territory.

• Mobile Reporting: Maintain daily discipline by submitting visit logs, influencer meeting details, and

competitor pricing feedback via the company’s mobile tracking app.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Background:

• Diploma (Civil)

• B. Tech / B.E. (Civil).

• Age Profile: 18–28 years preferred.

• Travel Readiness: Must have 100% willingness to travel within the assigned local geography daily.

• Mandatory Assets: Must own a working Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a Smartphone.

• Skills Required: Strong communication skills, local language proficiency, and excellent area

mapping/local route knowledge.

💰COMPENSATION & PERKS

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 Net In-Hand per month.

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹16,000+ per month (Linked directly to your target achievement).

• Travel allowance will be as per Domestic Travel policy (Upto 3000/- Per month) will be oriented

during Induction program.

120% of targets.
