About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Executive – Offline Marketing to drive student acquisition through ground-level marketing activities. The role involves planning and executing BTL campaigns, generating quality leads, building local networks, creating brand awareness and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute BTL and field marketing activities across assigned areas.
• Conduct campaigns at schools, tuition centres, residential communities, malls, events, expos and other high-footfall locations.
• Generate quality leads through school gate activities, RWA campaigns, home demos, scholarship exams, exam centres, newspaper insertions, events and other demand-generation activities.
• Conduct school seminars, tuition centre seminars, workshops and student engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, teachers, tuition centre owners and local influencers to generate referrals and business opportunities.
• Interact with students and parents, understand their requirements and communicate PW courses and offerings.
• Identify new schools, communities, locations and opportunities for student acquisition.
• Coordinate with the Sales / Admissions team for lead follow-up, walk-ins and conversions.
• Ensure proper lead capture, follow-up tracking and timely handover to the sales team.
• Manage marketing materials and ensure proper execution of campaigns at the ground level.
• Track daily activities, leads and campaign performance and share regular reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and Admissions targets.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned activities and ensure they deliver measurable business results.
• Requirements0–6+ years of experience in Field Marketing, BTL, Ground Marketing, Field Sales, Outdoor Sales or Lead Generation.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, K12 or Student Acquisition is preferred.
• Candidates from FMCG, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Retail and similar field-sales industries can also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
