Job Description
Recruit and onboard Experts in assigned residential/local areas.
Visit apartments, local markets, communities, and other relevant locations to source candidates.
Explain Snabbit's work opportunity, earnings, incentives, and joining process.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews/onboarding.
Maintain a daily pipeline of candidates and follow up until joining.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Build local networks through referrals, community contacts, and other sourcing channels.
Track candidate status and share daily recruitment updates with the team.
