Role & Responsibilities

• Drive B2B & B2C field sales and business development in Hyderabad.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and references.
• Identify decision-makers and conduct face-to-face customer meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable 3D printing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal Design, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Maintain daily/weekly updates on leads, meetings and sales through online reporting.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Explore new customers and industries for 3D printing applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.

• 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, technical or engineering sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of 3D printing/CAD/manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Valid Driving Licence & own two-wheeler required.
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating with the team online.

Important :

The candidate will be responsible for developing the Hyderabad market independently, including customer visits, B2B/B2C meetings, lead generation, follow-ups and sales closures. Makenica currently does not have a physical branch in Hyderabad.
