Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct face-to-face meetings, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable travelling for client meetings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits and networking.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
• Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Update daily sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to close deals.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• EligibilityExperience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Education: Any graduate preferred.
• Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
• Other Requirement: Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling for business meetings.
