We are hiring Business Development Executives across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to manage field marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and business development activities for our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential properties, apartments, PGs, hostels, and commercial spaces.
• Identify To-Let boards and contact property owners.
• Explain company services and benefits to potential customers.
• Promote the company’s digital platform and encourage customer registrations.
• Assist property owners with app installation and property listings.
• Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate daily field activity reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
• Achieve assigned daily targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Fluent Telugu and basic English communication skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Must have a personal smartphone.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned work location.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and WhatsApp.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.

Work Location:

Candidates will be assigned field responsibilities within Telangana or Andhra Pradesh based on company requirements.
