Job Title: CASA Sales Officer
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: ₹15,000– ₹18,000per month
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-Based)
Role Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new customers for the bank’s Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.
Conduct daily local visits to generate leads and promote products.
Sales & Cross-Selling:
Engage existing customers to drive additional deposits.
Cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer needs.
Marketing Activities:
Participate in local marketing events and promotional campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
Learning & Development:
Attend periodic training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
Benefits:
Attractive Incentives: Earn up to ₹10,000 based on performance.
Fixed Holidays: Every Sunday, 2nd & 4th Saturday off.
NOTE
Both degree certificate and CIBIL score is mandatory for BDE role.
