Job Description

Job Description: Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Patient Reception: Warmly receive and greet patients upon arrival at the clinic/hospital.

* Data Management: Accurately maintain and update patient details, schedules, and records in MS Excel.

* Doctor Coordination: Coordinate smoothly between patients and doctors to manage appointments and flow.

* Front Desk Management:* Handle incoming calls, queries, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Job Details & Timings*

* Work Timings:* 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

* Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

* Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off (between Monday and Friday).

* Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 per month.

 Requirements

* Basic hands-on experience with MS Excel and computers.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Polite, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
