Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media posts, reels covers, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, and presentation creatives
  • Design logos, brand identities, business cards, letterheads, packaging, and marketing collateral
  • Prepare print-ready artwork for T-shirts, mugs, caps, stickers, corporate gifts, sublimation and DTF printing
  • Create mockups for apparel and merchandise
  • Resize and adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, websites, and print
  • Work on photo editing, background removal, retouching, color correction, and image enhancement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and printing teams
  • Handle multiple client requirements and deliver within deadlines
  • Understand printing dimensions, bleed, DPI, CMYK/RGB, vector artwork, and file preparation

Required Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CorelDRAW
  • Canva
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
  • Good understanding of typography, colors, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of print design and production
  • Ability to create vector logos and high-resolution artwork
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar tools is an advantage
  • Basic video/reel editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut is a plus
