Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Work

• Create and edit ID card designs, layouts, and print files
• Crop and organize student/staff photographs
• Work on simple graphic designing tasks using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools
• Ensure proper alignment, quality, and accuracy before printing

Data & Excel Handling

• Manage student and staff data in Excel sheets
• Verify and organize records carefully
• Upload and process data for printing and production

Printing & Production Support

• Operate and monitor printers and printing workflows
• Learn handling of ID card printers and production machines
• Ensure print quality and timely delivery

Coordination & Operations

• Communicate with schools for data collection and approvals
• Support the operations team during production schedules
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all work

Skills Preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW/Canva or any design software
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer handling skills
