Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of graphic design principles, branding, typography, color combinations and digital media design.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually attractive and engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, websites, marketing campaigns and print materials. The ability to understand business requirements and convert ideas into creative visual concepts is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design high-quality creative graphics for digital, social media and print platforms.

2. Create attractive social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives and marketing materials.

3. Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on business and marketing requirements.

4. Design brochures, flyers, posters, visiting cards, standees, catalogues and company profiles.

5. Create website banners, landing page graphics, web advertisements and other digital assets.

6. Develop branding materials while maintaining consistency in colors, fonts, logos and visual identity.

7. Work closely with the marketing, content and development teams to understand project requirements.

8. Convert creative briefs and business ideas into visually appealing designs.

9. Edit, retouch and enhance images using professional graphic design tools.

10. Prepare design layouts and creative assets for different digital platforms.

11. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and quality standards.

12. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and complete tasks within deadlines.

13. Review designs, incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.

14. Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools and creative techniques.

15. Maintain organized design files and ensure proper delivery of final artwork.

16. Create engaging presentations, infographics and visual communication materials.

17. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of creative requirements.

18. Demonstrate creativity, innovation and attention to detail in every project.

Required Technical Skills

- Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, retouching and creative design.

- Adobe Illustrator – Logo design, vector graphics and illustrations.

- Adobe InDesign – Brochures, catalogues and layout design.

- Canva – Social media creatives and marketing materials.

- Knowledge of typography, color theory and composition.

- Understanding of branding and visual communication.

- Knowledge of digital and print design standards.

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.

- Must have a strong creative portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and business requirements.

- Excellent creativity and visual presentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing design requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing and social media design.

- Knowledge of logo design and brand identity development.

- Experience creating promotional and advertising creatives.

- Basic understanding of UI design principles.

- Knowledge of AI-powered creative design tools is an added advantage.
