• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage end-to-end store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
• Sales & Business PerformanceDrive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
• Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve sales.
• Monitor category-wise sales and inventory movement.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Team ManagementLead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
• Build a positive and customer-focused team culture.
• Inventory & Stock ManagementEnsure optimum stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Control shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
• Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Ensure store cleanliness, product freshness, and attractive visual merchandising.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent shopping experiences.
• Financial ControlMonitor cash handling, billing operations, and daily store accounts.
• Control store expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. MBA/Retail Management is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Experience in FMCG, Supermarket, Grocery, Organic Retail, or Modern Trade preferred.
