Guest Services Executive

Srikalash Edu Skills is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tourism & Hospitality Skill Trainer (Guest Service Executive) to deliver industry-oriented training to students pursuing careers in the hospitality sector. The trainer will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training in food and beverage service, preparing candidates for employment, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training on Food & Beverage Service.
• Teach restaurant service techniques, table setup, guest handling, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
• Demonstrate food and beverage serving standards, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Conduct practical sessions on table laying, buffet service, fine dining, room service, and banquet operations.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Evaluate students through assignments, practical assessments, and mock interviews.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
• Provide soft skills, grooming, and customer service training.
• Support students in placement preparation and career guidance.
• Ensure training is delivered according to industry standards and project requirements.
