Job Description

  • Greet members and visitors, and handle walk-in enquiries about memberships and pricing
  • Register new members, process membership sign-ups, renewals, and payments (cash/UPI/card)
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and payment collections
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and other enquiries; follow up on leads
  • Handle basic complaints and escalate issues to the manager when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception/front desk area
  • Coordinate with trainers regarding member schedules, trial sessions, and class bookings
  • Track and report daily walk-ins, conversions, and collections to management
