Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle patients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients/visitors at the clinic

Manage appointments and scheduling

Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries

Maintain patient records and basic documentation

Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations

Ensure a clean and organized front desk area

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Language: Basic English required

Gender: Female candidates preferred

Age Limit: 18 – 25 years

Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10 km

Required Skills:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Guest handling / customer service

Appointment management

Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Fixed)
