Housekeeping Executive / Attendant

We are the largest property management company for vacation homes near Hyderabad. In this role, you will be overseeing the maintenance of our vacation homes. This role offers vast potential to grow both in terms of the scope it offers to handle new responsibilities as well as in terms of the pace at which this segment is growing. This role requires the applicant to relocate to Hyderabad. Applicant should have a private vehicle for this role as it requires regular travel.

**Responsibilities:**

 * Supervise a team of property caretakers and technicians

 * Inspect vacation homes periodically to ensure they meet the maintenance standards

 * Train the property caretakers in handling the guests and maintaining the property

 * Coordinate and organize repair works in a manner that does not disturb guests

 * Plan and oversee renovations and construction

 * Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)

 * Find ways to reduce operating costs and conserve energy

 * Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

 * Maintain budgets, expenses, and activity logs

 * Keep track of property inventory

**Qualifications**

 * Proven experience as a Hotel / Resort House Keeping / Maintenance Executive or Supervisor

 * Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer, and AC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus

 * Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management)

 * Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly

 * Problem-solving aptitude

 * Excellent organizational and leadership skills

 * High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Hospitality / Facility Management is preferre
