Job Description
Job Summary
The Human Resource (HR) Assistant helps with daily HR tasks. You will support the HR team with hiring, onboarding new workers, and keeping employee records safe and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job ads on websites and social media.
- Review resumes and help set up job interviews.
- Welcome new employees and help them fill out paperwork.
- Answer basic questions from staff about company rules and benefits.
- Keep employee files accurate and organized in the computer system.
- Help plan company events and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to keep private company and worker information safe.
- Ability to find client email details
