  • Manage recruitment and selection process for Packing Executive and Process Executive roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and job information.
  • Handle candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases.
