Job Description
HR RECRUITER – JK GROUP, AMEERPET
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and hiring activities for different job roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary, working hours, and company policies.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with candidates confidently.
- Female candidates preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + incentives
